BidPartners work as a combination of our core-team and trusted associates. We are always interested in hearing from individuals who may bring specialist skills to the team on an associate or contract basis. Particular areas of interest are in bid management (with large deal experience), commercial negotiations in competitive dialogue, financial modelling skills, solution development in a bid environment and transition / programme management.
Key attributes to work with BidPartners are an ability to demonstrate a flexible and positive ‘can do’ attitude, and to become quickly established and add value on large bids. Working on bids creates a demanding and dynamic environment, responding to evolving client needs. As deadlines approach, there are frequently significant time pressures.
