The Directors of BidPartners have each had over 15 years experience of managing bids & negotiations, together working on over 1200 bids, ranging from small 'foot-in-the-door' consultancy assignments through to multi-billion prime contractorships. We have used and enhanced industry standard methods (Hy Silver, Miller-Heiman, etc) and developed Bid Procedures & Codes of Practice for 6 companies to date.
This experience is well recognised in the market; we have honed our techniques to the point where it has become usual for our bids to be singled out by clients as being particularly well structured, well written and easy to score.
