BidPartners provides a confidential service, with appropriate non-disclosure and exclusivity agreements to that effect, and therefore does not usually publish specific details of assignments. In certain circumstances, however, it suits our clients to announce that they have augmented their in-house skills with our external expertise.
Since 2003 we have achieved the following for our clients:
- Led the bid, competitive dialogue and pursuit strategy for the Prime Contractor on the £650m Home Office e-Borders progamme. Our team won in November 2007 and the contract was extended by a further £92m in 2008. Industry analysts publicly described BidPartners 'as making the difference in enabling (our client) to compete on a level playing-field with more experienced government prime contractors'
- Assisted a client in relationship building, bid management, commercial strategy, subcontractor management and technical solution development, leading to award of one of the National Identity Scheme Framework Agreements in May 2008 and the subsequent award of the first NIS delivery contract later in 2008
- Assisted a new market entrant to win a strategicly important applications development and management framework contract for DWP
- Created a Central Government entry strategy and tactics for mid-tier player
- Identified and bid a BPO framework agreement for a client new to DWP, and won it
- Developed the sales strategy for a Business Process Outsource (value based proposition) for a Chemical/Manufacturing end-client, winning the deal
- Bid managed a major Government road user charging procurement for multi-national Business Services company - our client was shortlisted, then the procurement suspended by government
- Assisted a client side outsourcing specialist in winning their first central government contract
- Assisted a video/multimedia company wishing to enter Government Market; we identified a suitable opportunity to bid for and won
